Prolira is a moderation bot. Stored data is used to configure servers, apply sanctions, manage reports and keep traceability.

Data collected
Prolira only collects the data required for the moderation bot to work.
- Discord server IDs.
- Discord user IDs affected by a sanction or report.
- Discord moderator IDs linked to moderation actions.
- Configured channel and role IDs.
- Reasons, proofs, durations, dates and sanction statuses.
- Server configuration: language, logs, direct messages, reports, isolation and permissions.
- Discord login data used for the dashboard: user ID, username, avatar and list of accessible servers.
- Session data required to keep the user logged in to the dashboard.
- Discord permission information used to determine manageable servers or servers where the bot can be added.
Use of data
Data is used to provide Prolira’s moderation features.
- Apply and track sanctions.
- Display infraction history.
- Manage member reports.
- Send logs to configured channels.
- Send sanction direct messages if enabled.
- Automatically end some temporary sanctions.
- Restrict command access based on configured roles.
- Allow login to the dashboard with Discord.
- Display servers where the user can manage Prolira or add it.
- Check Discord permissions and configured dashboard permissions.
Data not collected
Prolira does not collect more than required to operate.
- Prolira does not read your private messages.
- Prolira does not sell your data.
- Prolira does not collect passwords.
- Prolira does not collect payment data.
- Prolira does not resell server data to third parties.
- Prolira does not store AutoMod keywords, block messages, alert channels, excluded roles, excluded channels or other AutoMod rule settings in its own database. These settings may be temporarily kept in memory while creating a rule, then are sent to Discord and managed by Discord.
- Prolira does not store general server message content, except information voluntarily provided through a command, report, reason or proof.
Data retention
Data linked to a server may remain stored even if the bot is removed from the server, in order to preserve moderation history in case the bot is added again later.
- Server configurations may remain stored after the bot is removed.
- Sanctions and reports remain stored to preserve moderation history.
- Some data may only be deleted through the bot’s dedicated commands or upon request from an authorized administrator.
- Removing the bot from a server does not automatically delete previously stored data.
- Dashboard session data is temporary and may be deleted when logging out.
Data sharing
Prolira data is not sold. It may only be processed by services required for hosting and operating the bot.

- Legal obligation if a valid request is received.
- Discord OAuth is used to log the user into the dashboard and retrieve the required information with the identify and guilds scopes.
