Likely cause: Prolira does not have the required Discord permissions or its role is too low.

1. Check the bot permissions.
2. Check role hierarchy.
3. Check that the bot can view the target channel.

Discord limits the number of AutoMod rules. If rule creation fails, delete or edit an existing rule.
